ABOUT
Danny started playing guitar when he was just 5 years old. He started a band when he was around 10 and has been playing with other musicians of many genres including rock, alternative, pop, blues, funk, and country ever since. Danny owes the start of his professional career to his experience at American Recording Company. At 12 years old, Danny began working along side legends Richie Podolor and Bill Cooper as their production assistant and assistant engineer for many projects including his own. He worked at their state of the art recording facility until he received early acceptance to Berklee College of Music. While attending Berklee, Danny studied Music Business and Music Production/Engineering. He also interned with Interscope Records during his time at Berklee. Upon graduation, he was hired by VIP Recording (Calabasas, California) as a recording engineer and producer, working alongside Grammy winning engineer and 50 platinum album achiever Gerry “The Gov” Brown. Gerry later brought Danny in to work on Stanley Clarke's "Up" album (Grammy nominated), as well as projects with Raphael Saadiq. While working at VIP Recording, he met artist, writer, and record producer Tim Myers (formerly of One Republic). After countless projects with Tim, Danny was asked to be a staff producer and Vice President of Production for his label, Palladium Records. Currently, Danny is developing his own label, producing albums for artists, and mixing. He is also currently working on projects for Microsoft, T-Mobile, Lenachka, Rodney Jerkins, T.J. Jackson, HP, and Nike. In 2021, Danny won a Grammy for Best R&B Album (John Legend - mix engineer) and was also nominated for Best Gospel Song (Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins Presents: The Good News - engineer).
He has been blessed to be in the studio with: Three Dog Night, Albert Lee, James Burton, Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins, Raphael Saadiq, Stanley Clarke, Greg Bisonnette, Taryll Jackson, Teddy Riley, David Paich (Toto) , Ray Parker Jr., Michael Boddicker, Edie Lehmann Boddicker, Spencer Davis, Brian Auger, Alex Ligertwood, Alphonse Mouzon, El Chicano, Marcos Reyes, Lenachka, Kathryn Ostenberg (SirenXX), Dave Green (Filthy Souls), Jaco Caraco, Andrew Dixon, Bobby Alt, Street Drum Corps., Five for Fighting, Jordan Frye, Know-Madik, Danny Saber, and Brandon Friesen.
